I have just called their customer service. Lovely lady said that it's the guide price & it has to physically go through the till for the 25% discount to kick in.
It will show on the receipt with your delivery.
The discount is on selected wines only but there are a lot of them included in the offer.

HTH anyone not wanting to phone & go through many menus before actually speaking to a person.

I can confirm this is working.

Been & collected 60 bottles this morning of various different finest wines (+ a compulsory advocat). Give me a min & will load up a pic......

There was no new 3 for £12 offers, only the 2 for £5 on the Silver Bay but ignored that.

Changed up some clubcard vouchers, and came to less than £3 a bottle in actual money spent.

Forgot the £2 off from the magazine though

Oh dear. I had to order ours online last night when it wasn't clear that it wasn't all wines - they'll be sent back then! :mad:

There are never any mags in our nearest store (30 mile round trip) and unusually I have to go to leeds everyday last 3 weeks - so now know its not just unlucky timing..... Is there a pdf version anywhere or a link someone can help me with. Thanks
