No Email therefore no claim ID no
Calls to the [No] Help Line result in a long and expensive wait.
I reached number one in the Q but then got the ‘We cannot take your call’ message followed by cut off.
Calls to Opia are not answered!
Conclusion ….. Samsung have hired a bunch of unprincipled confidence tricksters who are minimising payouts on the cashback offer and recovering as much money as they can from telephone calls whilst using devious methods to bar the majority of claims.
Samsung need to investigate their puppet company !
Samsung should have their Royal Warrant removed!
That will be real good advertising
I thought I was in a similar position but found a response in my spam box. They actually sent the email on the same day as my online submission.0 -

I'm in the same boat - no confirmation e-mail, so I can't check online. I called them up, sat in a very long queue only to get a recorded message cutting me off as soon as I reached the front of the queue.
Opia Ltd do seem to be some kind of cowboy outfit, but the blame still lies with Samsung as it is Samsung who have chosen Opia to represent their company.
In contrast I've taken used Canons cashback a couple of times recently and in both cases my claims have been validated the same day, with full tracking so I can check on progress.0 -
there's a current thread in the Praise, vent & warnings section, but thought would update this thread too as i posted previously - my claim that was validated on 15th Dec was finally paid yesterday by bacs, 30th day after validation.0

We received an email confirm that our claim had ben validated a couple of days ago. (Claim was made on 3-Jan).There's love in this world for everyone. Every rascal and son of a gun.
It's for the many and not the few. Be sure it's out there looking for you.

I did exactly the same - Paid yesterday as detailed above.0 -
Got paid yesterday as well, took a lot longer than the advertised 30 days, but they did pay up in the end.
Once claim has been validated, expect to be paid 30 days later.Mansion TV. Avoid at all cost's :j0 -
It can take upto 45 days. So if you got paid after 30 days...Happy Days ;-)0

Been asked 3 times for photo proof of invoice and tablet and now finally have heard it has been validated.
