I honestly don't believe you were entitled to any damages and it saddens me that it's now given you a need to make other people suffer. I like the fact my bank is strict, that I know my money is safe.

And as for your comments about a passport, what about twins etc? I know several people that aren't even related to me that look enough like me that if they took my passport and my bank cards they could probably, easily, get served if it wasn't my local bank. In the 8 years since my passport was created I have changed hairstyles drastically, my weight has changed, and thus my passport photo looks like me, but certainly isn't a mirror.

If you feel the need to demean a clerk for doing his job then may Karma be ready for you.

When i worked at HSBC complaints / negative feedback last 4 weeks so that would knock on your bonus for that monthy. next month it would reset back to zero. Your prob find he needs a note on your account so next time your appealing on their better side to waiver accidental fees etc they will stick to their guns.
