Your money..... but replacing a pc as soon as you hit the smallest problem is a little wasteful, you haven't had it a year, and your previous vostro would probably still be working if you'd kept it and followed the advice.
Don't forget to backup properly and create a windows disc, flash drives are not the best place for backups.
