Yuck
- feeling rubbish today. I felt all achy last night before I went to bed and can't stop sneezing today. There's loads of pressure in the general nose area and my gums are really aching for some reason. I've read that it's all connected and if you have pressure in the sinus area, it can interfere with the nerves in the gums. Not sure how true that is. Hope it stops soon
.
My neighbour went out at 5.55am this morning (he woke me up as he banged the door shut), but he managed to miss my car this morning.

Hello Emz,
Sorry to hear you've got chicken pox. Not a nice thing to have at all. Run out and give your neighbour a BIG hug in the morning.
Seriously, I hope you feel better soon. x0 -

That made me laugh. I presume you're talking about my hit and run neighbour? I would love to do that, but he has a new baby, so better not.

Thanks Lou and Steph :A
I've been to the doctor. They saw me straight away so I wouldn't be mixing with other patients. She confirmed it was chicken pox and said I had a slight temperature. She also prescribed me with some medication which is supposed to stop it getting worse, if it's taken within the first 24 hours (mainly because of my CF I think).
I went to the chemist to pick it up and quietly asked the woman if I could wait in their consultation room as I had chicken pox. She said rather loudly, 'well, I'd rather you wait outside or you'll contaminate the room!!'. So I was made to wait outside the chemist for 10 minutes whilst they did my prescription. It was 6C outside at that time. When she came out to give it to me, I said 'I'll probably get a chest infection now too', she just laughed and went back inside. I've been going to that chemist for years to get my repeat prescription and that staff member has been there for ages, so they know that I have cystic fibrosis, and I was still sent outside. I feel a complaint coming on!!
Not having a good week
