.... Left in the dark by O2.

.... So with my Pay as you go phone being broken and me needing a new phone quickly I ordered a pay monthly phone through the O2 Website this morning and opted to pay £10.20 for delivery tomorrow (Saturday) by noon.
I received an email shortly thereafterwards saying "Thank You for you order" and an order number but I have not had any further communications from O2 to confirm whether it not I have been accepted and my order will be with me tomorrow morning. Although they did debit my account straight away for the delivery charge.
Is this normal to have such poor service from O2? Or has anyone else ever had a similar experience from them at all?
I'm not sure if I passed their checks or not?!

I imagine it's an automated process. No harm in contacting them to check...when ordering a SIM from them, I used their webchat and they were very good (and more to the point accurate!)0

They do credit checks online during the sales process - if you were declined, or referred for deposit then you'd have been alerted. So expect a knock on the door tomorrow.0

.... Update: Whilst I was in the webchat with a customer service team member I actually received the delivery email!!!!
