    Beko is my second choice.

Most ikea white goods are made by whirlpool, it tells you in the back of the book, except maybe the cheapo range. got dishwasher from them and its standard size.

Ahhh crap. In classic Ikea fashion this machine comes in some non standard size that requires you to fit out your house in other non standard sized Ikea gubbins to ensure it all fits together.

Its 70cm wide and just 64cm high. Every other machine is 60cm wide and about 85cm high.

    You are wrong.

Se my story about an AEG dryer.

AEG is just a brand. It doesnt exist as a going concern. It is owned by Electrolux who like to maintain it as a standalone marketing brand. It even has its own website. They do this so that they can sell average quality appliances for premium prices because the public perception is that AEG is a fine german engineering concern when it is nothing of the sort. I will never buy an AEG Electrolux appliance again.
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

Ahh, yeah, I see what I've done, I've gone and looked and the packing measurements.... :embarasse

So yeah, looks like a good option. Decent spec, washer and dryer, 5 year warranty and available for pickup just up road from me.
