Does anyone know how i complain to Talk mobile?

I never go over my contract but did last month due to something i feel is not my fault. I called and complained and they gave me an email which isnt working. I found another online but have sent twice and had no responce.
Does anyone have a way i can complain to them please?

Have you tried calling them back and asking if you can discuss the issue with a supervisor on the call? Often quicker than bouncing emails around.0
