T-Mobile 150 problem

I have been trying to contact T-Mob on 150 on both our contract phone lines this morning and am unable to get through. I have tried ringing the 0845 no. and also the calling from abroad option but am unable to get in touch with anyone. I have been away for a few days and might have missed something. I have had reason to ring t-mob on numerous occasions over the last few weeks as their service is rapidly becoming attrocious to say the least. On the odd occasion when I havent had to wait over an hour to get through they have failed to sort out my on line billing problem. The call staff seem to be useless as you get a different reply from each of them. Think its about time to try some other operator but are they all this bad!

I have not been able to get through either, but if you call the sales number they will transfer you.The only way of finding the limits of the possible is by going beyond them into the impossible.

just got through no problems, got advised about 10 minute wait, just on Ten minutes, Hello Tmobile ..............0
