DSR's if memory serves me correct don't specify a time limit for the actual return other than "reasonable"The DSR does not make this distinction. If the goods are not returned in time, you are stuffed.
A cynic might say that's the way they engineered it - but the responsibility for return remains with the customer, it cannot be argued the merchant failed to collect it.
The only limit is set is that it's 7 working days to cancel and they have to refund within 30 days ...whether it's received by them or not.It's not just about the money0
