This is incredibly early for these problems, and it looks like even parking is going to be a real issue as apparently on Saturday there was gridlock by 9am and council cars out ticketing everyone like sitting ducks.

Mind you, all my Amazon items bought last week and delivered by RM (untracked) have arrived, none of the courier tracked stuff is anywhere to be seen

Same with couriers. The 'house' Myhermes have dumped this parcel at (after 12 days!!!) doesn't have a porch. Its a business unit on a business park :mad:

My stars still haven't completely recovered from last December's feedback! There are always a few customers who will blame the seller for delivery times, despite being informed that their item was dispatched promptly.
I recently decided to send something 1st class instead of Standard Parcels since the difference in price was only 30p, and it still took almost a fortnight to arrive (though that buyer didn't blame me).

Where is 4* "labelled as above average"? As far as I'm aware, eBay only uses the word "average" in its literal mathematical sense. I do take your point that people often think full marks for anything should only be given if it is truly exceptional.
