How many people do you buy Christmas Gifts for?

How many people will you be buying gifts for this Christmas? Have you cut back or have you suddenly found you have more on your list than usual?

Or, more difficult...have you tried to suggest cutting back but other people are insisting on buying anyway??

    6. Our 4 children, our next door neighbour and then we buy a present for 'us'. Something like a couple of stand up dvds as we don't buy for each other.

    Just 8 this year for me. Hub, DS, inlaws, DS's GF, work friend, and I'm doing a joint hamper of goodies/sillies for my sister and her hub.

    I have 33 people I buy for:
    DS
    OH
    Mum
    Stepdad
    Nan
    Uncle
    Stepdads mum and dad
    3 sisters
    3 brothers
    Niece
    Nephew
    Sisters husband
    2 x Brothers GFs
    2 x BILS
    2 x SILS
    MIL
    FIL
    OHs niece
    OHs nephew
    Friend, her husband and 2 children
    2 x teachers

    So mainly only close family. :) May also give DS' friend and his nan a little something as we've walked home with them from school nearly every day for years, wont cost anything though as we'll probably make biscuits or similar and put in pretty cellophane bags. :)

    EDIT: Remembered more after reading other peoples replies, me, OH and DS have a secret santa on another website, me and DS have aanother one each and I have 2 children from Postpals to buy for so 40 altogether.
