Partner, 3 x siblings (mine), 4 x parents (although might do joint presents for his parents as we usually do a homemade food hamper- my parents are too specific and have already given me the "gift list", lol), 2 x sets of grandparents (probably just something little). I just do cards with friends, or meet up and buy them a drink!

Mum
Dad
Brother
Grandma
+ 5* friends.
The rest of my friendship group don't really bother. We've done secret santas etc in the past as there is such a big group of us, but we haven't arranged one this year.

About 27 plus some pets (not mine). I could cut that down, I suppose - some people aren't that bothered! But I like to send some sort of small gift to all of them, just to show that I'm thinking of them. It's not really a huge expense - I make quite a lot of my gifts myself.0

I buy for 12.............
Dad
DS and DiL
DD and SiL
DGS
Sister and BiL
Goddaughter
Friends two children
and another 'to me' 'from me'....figure I deserve a little something after all the Christmas prep
Next year I will be buying for the same amount of people but only token presents; cutting back! :AStopped smoking 20th October 2012
This year I will have something that resembles a garden and not a building site!0 -
DH, Mum, sister, 2 nieces, 2 colleagues - limit £20 each, and 1 set of neighbours - tin of biscuits/bottle of fizz. Total of about £150, plus a few quid on specific cards only because they insist - I'd happily not bother with Christmas or birthday cards ever again if it was up to me. Complete waste of money in my opinion."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

Mum & dad (both get a joint hamper)
Grandma & Grandad (joint hamper)
Granny (small hamper)
auntie & uncle (joint hamper)
sister and her OH (joint hamper)
niece (hamper)
nephew (hamper)
and the niece and nephew also get a few joint presents too - stuff that basically doesnt fit in their hampers lol
OH
our cat
sisters two kittens will get a gift bag filled with food pouches and treats - to help sister financially more than anything
secret santa in work
so 16 including pets. Depending on how much stuff I have left over from baking treats for the hamper I might make a small token gift of leftover fudge / chocs / choc spoons etc to a few neighbours as our road was flooded in the summer and they literally just moved back home 2 days ago and another elderly neighbour who also was flooded. Times like those your community really comes together and Ive missed seeing them!
On top of christmas though I also have 3 family birthdays between now and christmas and OH in January!Life is what you make it.0
