E-mail address for Orange/EE please

I am having big problems with Orange at the moment, and constantly calling 150 Customer Services is getting me nowhere. Does anybody have both a Customer Service e-mail address and a Managing Director/CEO e-mail address for the please? I have seen one or two from searching Google but now they are under the EE umbrella thing with T Mobile I am not sure they are correct.

    If OP has already escalated it through CS then they will more than likely look into it.

    they just said they were getting nowhere you have to actually say u want it escalated

    The only way I ever got anywhere was by writing a formal letter of complaint. Anything else is (in my experience) a complete waste of time.
