Vodafone online registration???

I pay for 2 mobiles. Mine, and my partners. Mine is with Orange, and hers is with Vodafone.
I have online billing with Orange - No problem - bill stays the same. However my partners bill was almost doubled last month, and the month before. An e-mail response pointed out that the phone receives a lot of push messages which require "STOP" to end them, and some data roaming (where the WiFi in the house has been off)
To confirm and keep track of the bill myself, I have tried and tried to create an online registration for the phone number, and it just wont let me do it.. One time, my partners phone got the registration code sent to her phone, and vodafone.co.uk accepted it.. Amazed, I went onto the next page and it said some BS about not being able to set up my account at this time.
Has anyone else had trouble with their s*%&$ online service?
An e-mail doesn't help. They just give you the same instructions, which are pretty self explanatory anyway, and they have in the past double charged the account a number of times, which is why I want to confirm each month if a high bill is a genuinely high bill or another c*ck up by Vodafone!

It should be your partner rather than yourself who registers with Vodafone as it's her account (unless it's in your name)
Anyway, I had to register another account last night but it took a couple of attempts due to the unable to set up at this time message.
Keep trying and I'm sure you'll get registered. Overall, their website is quite slow at the best of times and I avoid it if I can.0 -

Hi mickaveli2001,
As it's been a few days since you posted about have you and your partner been able to get things sorted?
If not, could you email me with the relevant details via the link in our profile here so I can assist you both further?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.
To ensure that it reaches us could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line and once our automated reply arrives update the thread with your email reference number and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
Kind regards,
Lee

A Vodafone MI.fI DONGLE
A PAYG chip in my PS Vita

Hi dazzaofdagenham,
Thanks for making me aware of this.
Whilst we've no plans to amend My Account to enable a customer with multiple PAYG subscriptions to access them online via one login I will get the Top up query looked into and get back to you as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Lee

Hi dazzaofdagenham,
As promised I'm just coming back to you with an update.
At present, the maximum number of PAYG subscriptions you can have registered to a Credit or Debit Card is two.
If you're experiencing problems with registering a second number to your card could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?
All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it will take you to the Contact us form on our website.
