Virgin 60 Meg - actually i get less than 30

Wired connection and paying for 60 meg. Since i got the new speed over a week ago, i have never had a speed over 35 meg. 2 hours on the phone to VM and i have an engineer out on Tuesday.

On one hand, poor as im paying for 60 meg but on the other hand, its decent an engineer is coming out and i wont pay for it.

But you are paying for it-both for a 60MBps service, and for the cost of any call outs.
Why would you expect to pay for a call out to give you the speed you've contracted to and paid for?
