same here - no confirmation e-mail but showing as "ready to be sent" in my account. apparently delivery to store is 3-7 working days.

My annuals arrived yesterday - but the courier (hermes) just left them outside on the doorstep. No-one knocked the door or put a card through the door and I was in all day. As a result they are absolutely soaked and ruined. Contacted hermes who have told me to contact the retailer and refused to take responsibility :mad:

i ordered 2 annuals and some other stuff. the other items have been dispatched but the annuals states "ready to send" so im thinking they not going to send them, but ive had no email no cancel or delay email, so the other items will be going straight back for a refund

Thanks OP. I ordered 2 annuals to be delivered to store- the Simpsons one says 'ready to send' but the Little Mix one says 'awaiting stock'. How long should I wait before I give up on this - I have a feeling I'm not going to get them.

Mine say ready to send and the money left my bank today. They said before they dont charge until just before dispatch, so fingers crossed i will get mine.

The money has been taken out but I am still waiting for the annuals, says 3 to 5 working days and one week later still waiting, very slow it seems but I am still hoping to get them:D

I'm in the same situation. Annuals state ready to send but have been waiting over a week with no email. The one other tiny item I ordered has been sent to store! Hardly worth the trip to get it. Anyone know how long they keep the items for?

Mine are exactly the same, money taken , showing as ready to send but still waiting
