have now e-mailed whsmith - simpsons says ready to say - little mix has disappeared and now says product not available. website wont let me cancel order I think because simpsons is ready to order. Simpsons one is classed as free item which is probably why they wont send it . even more annoying - have now discovered that shop where I was to get annuals delivered has about 10 little mix annuals there !!!:eek:not happy :mad:

I've got an email to say my annuals (Beano and Scooby Doo) are being delivered. Thank you so much BargainhunterII, dd will be well pleased Christmas morning.

now totallly confused - I've got an e-mail now saying that my Simpsons annual is being delivered to store cost £0.00. And little mix annual now exists but still awaiting stock - I guess i should e-mail them again.

I just recieved a dispatch email for the Thomas one, but Fireman sam cancelled as no longer available (odd as I was in the branch earlier and they had loads!) but it looks like I have been charged nothing (the Fireman sam was the higher price so perhaps thats why?) -

I got a 'personal' reply from WHSmith saying they only dispatch to store once a week, apparently they " do advertise one delivery a week to store" - must have all missed that!!!!

well folowing my facebook complaint their "customer service" have left me a voice mail to say my item is ready for collection..

Worth calling your stores in the morning to see if they are in as apparently no-one will let you know otherwise.
