Orange payment querie
Not sure if this is in the right place, but here goes. Just checked my credit record with Noodle, and it shows 1 payment for Orange in early arrears in February 2011. I always have paid the account by direct debit, and never been anywhere near my OD limit, so i really am struggling to understand how this has happened. It does show that no payment was taken in January 2011, and that a double payment was taken in February 2011. The question is, do orange make mistakes in there accounts at all, and will this late payment have any lasting effect for me? The rest of my record is spotless. The reason i ask is i may be in the position to get a BTL house at some point within the next year or 2, and would hate this blemish to stop me getting the mortgage i would need!
