since 2006 i have been receiving no more than 3 working days notice from my bank(HBOS) of charges(£39) to be debited from my account, as i am currently a lone parent and only receive minimum benefit (£120 a week ish) i have asked for longer notification as these charges are forcing me into poverty HBOS REFUSED.Any help on what action i can take as well as or in line with reclaiming would be most appreciated

just a quick update on my last post. After the first post i received another charge again with three working days notice because my benefits did not cover the last charge and my DD (which is only £6) so i went to the bank again to ask for some time,I was left standing there for 20 minutes, after deciding to ask for the address to reclaim my charges i turned to leave and was bid a farewell with a cocky shrug and tut from the 'meeter and greeter' (i know this because my son witnessed it). I have today sent my first letter and on day 41 if i hear nothing i will complain,I intend to be this militant throughout my campaign AND IF IT GETS TO THE BAILIFFS I WILL INVITE A PHOTOGRAPHER ALONG THANKS TO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM HALIFAX BANK:mad:0
