  • Blimey! I am almost tempted to bid! NOT!
  • All ebayers who deviate from the listing rules will most certainly be reported and will result in negative strikes being given.

Really thinks he's a one man eBay army doesn't he! But seriously in that case he's open to more than one strike!

Some sellers have very high opinions of themselves considering they're as dumb as a bunch of rocks!
A waist is a terrible thing to mind.

With carp like this, I either don't bother, or if I really want the item (and I'm not that interested in second hand button magazines, although someone obviously is - perhaps the BBC are buying them for 'Have I got news for you?), I'll take a punt knowing that the self important prat will come unstuck if it all goes bottoms up anyway.
  • Makes you forget what the actual listing is for with all that large writing of t&cs, while the description of the item is kinda lost above in tiny fonts!!!!
  • Love the bit where the onus is on the buyer to chase Royal Mail for their parcel.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but surely it's down to the seller to sort that out as its failed to arrive?

that was my favourite part too :rotfl:
  • They just don't get it.

They send buyer CoP, buyer claims refund through eBay/Paypal, seller gets nothing, which is exactly what they deserve :)

  • how utterly daft - or dumb as someone said earlier
  • They seem to have been getting away with their "terms" for quite a while now though!
