    Hi

I have a Huawei E586. It has been a life-saver for me when my Orange broadband has been down (which it has frequently, of late).

I just use if for surfing and it is very satisfactory for that. I get the sim cards off ebay.

I use an older Huawei model from a couple of years ago, as we have no phoneline in this flat it is the only internet I have and I find it works well for streaming from LoveFilm and also playing online on the PS3. The only thing it doesn't seem to handle very well is the BBC iPlayer, it only really works during the day (when I'm not home to make use of it!)
  • Tyhanks for your feedback i brouhgt one at the weekend and it works really well for both streaming and playing the ps3
  • I've found the 3GB/3 month SIMs sold for a bit over £10 on Amazon very useful.

I've seen 1gb sim cards at quite good prices online too. this is what I used to use, but ive opted for a 12gb sim card now cost me £58 delivered, saves me having to swap sim cards too often!!

So, for the privilege of not swapping the SIM card three times in a year, you are willing to pay £14 more??
You revived a five week old thread to tell us that?
