Although you bought your phone from E2Save, your actual mobile contract is with your mobile phone company (Orange, O2 etc).
You can end your contract early, and you have no obligation to contact E2Save at all, they are simply the "brokers", and act as the middle man. You need to contact your mobile phone company and tell them that you want to end your contract.
They will tell you how much it will cost, as there will be an early termination fee, usually in the range of what is left to pay to the contract's end. So, for instance if you have made 9 payments on a £35/month contract, you will have to pay the remaining 3 months, plus possibly another month as the early termination fee, making it somewhere in the region of about £140.
If you have an 18 month contract, it makes it very expensive.
Just leaving the country is not a valid reason for free contract termination.
Good luck, and I hope it doesn't work out too expensive.

You could buy out your contract from the Network (Orange, O2) by paying the full contract payment (i.e 12 x £35) and then they'll terminate it for you. I did that with Orange and worked well for me. They didn't charge me any termination fees!
Hope this helps!0 -

You don't really need an excuse, you simply phone O2 and tell them that you wish to terminate the contract, and how much is it going to cost for early termination.
You simply pay them the money (they will probably take a credit or debit card payment there and then) and they will terminate it for you.
Good luck.

You can terminate your contract whenever you like. Yes, you may well have to pay a termination fee as you are cancelling and you will most probably lose (depending on T&C's) any further cashback claims as most contracts state you must stay connected for the full duration.0
