Hello,

Please could one of you look out for my email through your website, I can not afford to ring your customer services anymore as you have to hold on for so long and the lady on the web 'chat' this morning could not answer my query and gave me another number to ring.

    Custardy, I appreciate that, but I have no reason to use it or want to as I don't know anyone else that does either. A little like having facetime on my iphone and never use it because nobody else has it!
