Hi all just a thought why not send of a empty envelope with no stamp to your favourite ppc, so they have to collect a empty envelope and pay double duty. Also would any body have a list of address :T

It's been done before, better to enter their bogus appeals if they are in the AOS in England and Wales and cost them £32.40 for the popla appealExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -

Why not with an 'appeal' and not a stamp? That way you cost them 'double duty' plus the chance they will 'cancel' the fake charge if you mention you WILL use POPLA if they don't. If they cancel, no further junk mail. If they don't it will cost them circa £32.Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -
The trick is to let them send out the whole list of threatograms and fake solicitor letters and then hit them with POPLA.The man without a signature.0

Can you do that? Don't know rules enough myself. Would you not have to appeal to POPLA within a certain time????Got a ticket from ParkingEye? Seek advice by clicking here: Private Parking forum on MoneySavingExpert.:j0 -

Once the debt collectors are involved you have passed the popla stage, their only way to get money off you is to take it to the small claims, win, and you pay up after. There is more chance of Elvis serving you in the local Spar than that happeningExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors.
