Applied with capital one and got this

What do I do now?

We'll be sending you two copies of your credit card agreement in the post, in the next 7-10 working says, all you need to do is

Complete and sign one copy and return it in the pre-paid envelope

Keep the other copie for your records

After we've recieved a signed copy of your agreement, we'll send you your welcome pack, this will include your card and notification of your credit limit.
Your pin will be sent to you separately



To me this sounded like a pass but got a letter which said unfortunately they couldn't give me the card basically ?!!! Why would that happen thought is passed!

Oh deat i had the same thing come up when.i applied for card. Havent heared anything yet. How long did it take to hear back.

Yes they offered me the secured card where you pay £200 deposite for a £200 credit limit which I find silly

My credit isnt very great lol so i expect i will get the same thing through then. I only applied 2 days ago

I no surely when they say tht are excepting you it should be for the card u applied for nnot a complete diff one. Have u tried vanquis or aqua or rise card

I have a vanquis card but not the others and not a capital one by looks of it lol
