I ordered on the 20th, i got my wrapping paper and tags on Monday but still haven't received my mugs
I did email and they replied to say they only sent them out on the 27th, they were sent 2nd class so it could be a few days before they arrive.

Hello,

Your order was picked on Monday 26th November and was sent by 2nd class post on Tuesday 27th November. The delivery should arrive no later than tomorrow, and we do have order tracking on our deliveries, so if the package does not arrive let me know and I will find out where it has gone.

What email address did you send to? Ive sent 2 emails to [EMAIL="info@rudewrappings.co.uk?subject=General%20Query"]info@rudewrappings.co.uk[/EMAIL] and they've both bounced back, no reply to my facebook message and theres no phone number on their site. I ordered on 20th Nov and heard nothing since.

Has anyone received their missing items? I ordered a T-shirt on the 19th November, which didn't arrived. I emailed them at the beginning of December and received a reply similar to the one above stating that the T-shirt had been dispatched on the 29th November and the delay was due to the large numbers of orders received. Sadly still no sign of the T-shirt. Is anyone still waiting or did their missing items eventually turn up and I just need a little more patience?

I received the last part of my order today, the 2 frames that were £25 then shot up to £45 each. There fantastic. Now that I have seen them in the flesh they are definitely worth the £25 price tag, so I feel like I got a super bargain.

I had to email to chase them up yesterday, heres the email I used and I got a reply in 10 minutes.
