    I've had a refund for £1.19, but I didn't buy anything for £1.19.

    Im a bit baffled but my refund says that the rest of my order is on its way.

    I'm confused! I haven't been refunded at all for anything, but haven't received any stuff either? My order was placed on 20th Nov.

    I have a partial refund of £1.19 too. Maybe it's for 2 items at £1.99 (cards?) with discount.
    "Cheap", "Fast", "Right" -- pick two.

    I think they have had so many orders they have struggled to keep up. Everything is sent out 2nd class so it takes a while to receive.

    Usually you get a dispatch email but i think maybe they have been so busy that they haven't bothered to send them.

    Hoping my order has been sent, haven't had any refund.

    It was wrapping paper so hopefully your mugs are safe! :)
    2013 Wins: Tickets to Northern Ballet. Dvd. Having a bit of a dry spell comp-wise :wall: but will keep a troshin'!

    I didnt get a dispatch either but my cards and paper arrived yesterday, not v well wrapped but not too damaged just edges of cards a bit dinged.
