    Blimey!! i have never known them to do that before. Must have been inundated.
    Just out of interest what did you order and when? and how long was it between ordering and getting refunded (sorry so many questions :o)

    Hi, ordered evening of 20th, ordered 2 x Xmas cards, and 3 rolls of wrapping paper. Got my PayPal refund tonight, and had to google Alessi as did no know What the refund was for. Initially thought it was bhs!!!

    I ordered on the 20th too but haven't had it dispatched yet. Usually they are pretty quick. I ordered mugs, wrap and tags.

    Looks like i might be getting refunded then:(:(

    I've had part of my order refunded and not received the rest of it. Fingers crossed!
    2013 Wins: Tickets to Northern Ballet. Dvd. Having a bit of a dry spell comp-wise :wall: but will keep a troshin'!

    Emailed them re despatch date for my order and got the following reply -

    All orders placed on the 21st November are being sent tomorrow 26th November by second class post.
