    Hi Shake,

If this wasnt placed at the time of ordering you can sign up to VLR once the account is active. This can be done via My Account

As Macman advised below this will become active from the next billing date (i.e first bill date).

Telephone line and broadband has gone live without any issues. Have managed to pay for the Value Line Rental online. Checking the download speed via https://www.speedtest.net shows 2.7mbps on Talk Talk broadband vs the 3.7mbps I typically used to get with Be Broadbrand, but in practice I don't seem to notice any difference when browsing the web, and of course the package price is much better. Waiting to see if I get the £50 Love2Shop voucher...

You'll likely be on a more stable line profile with TT at the moment, such as 24ISNR12. Ask them to change you to 24ISNR6 profile. (Up to 24meg [ADSL2+], Interleaved, 6dB SNR). This is what you will have been on with BE.
  • I managed to pay my VLR upfront easily too. My account went live on Wednesday and I received my £50 LovetoShop vouchers on Saturday. Happy with that :-)
