bmibaby no longer exists so I imagine as with all the other airlines that have gone under, there is nobody to claim from as it is the airline itself that is liable0

When British Airways took over BMI, and with it Bmibaby, it also took over the airline's liabilities.
Quite where you start with this I don't know!

JIMBOt,
I have sent a compensation claim to BA for a cancelled BMI Baby flight in May 2012. The claim was e-mailed to their customer relations section on 8/11/12 but I've only received an acknowledgement so far. I'll post later when (if) I receive anything further.0 -
JWBT did you ever get a response from BA?
