If it is a genuine business expense then the address on the document/receipt is irrelevant.0

Some experience from my end.
I had a long NCB on a private vehicle and when I got my first van for one of business took out a commercial policy which I suspect included an element of discount or mirroring. I used Adrian Flux and to be honest despite some horror stories about them Ihave always had useful experinece. Go to the Vito forum and see what organisation offer deals to Vito owners....you would be surprised.
I built up a simultaneous NCB on the van on a commercial basis then switched this to a van like vehicle with rear seats that I no longer use on a commercial basis. I had heard all the horror stories about not being able to swtich NCB but I had a certificate on renewal every year and just asked my broker for proof of my NCB and it came through with no problems.
I agree that the busness address on the paperwork really is not relevant in order to claim as an expense as the test is about whether it is truely a business expense or not.0
