Presumably the OP has ordered a gift for someone in the family, and wanted it delivered to work rather than home - or some similar scenario.0

That's right ThumbRemote - I have always done this0 -
You could try going to the post office and using the stamps on it, this way you will also get proof of postage.
I'd equally be annoyed if they did this without making it obvious, especially where you had the option of entering a different delivery address.0 -
Thanks arcon5 - I will do that. I have emailed them about it, so I'll wait to see what they say ...0

What address showed up when you completed the PayPal checkout? I have had this problem before, some companies when you use PayPal ignore what you put in and just use the PayPal account address.
I always make sure to change the PayPal address to match the delivery address, you can do it on a case by case basis when completing the payment on PayPal.0 -
Paypal insist on sending to the address you put on the payment to cover the seller against any issues!

Paypal only state that you should send to the registered address to avail yourself of seller protection.
It is entirely up to the seller as where they want to send goods to, and I often buy items online and have them sent to my work address despite paying via paypal.0 -
Quick update - I received an email back saying that they would arrange a full refund and I didn't need to return the goods, they were very sorry for the mix up etc ... I was a bit surprised they would let me keep the products.
Anyway, that was Wednesday and so far no sign of a refund. How long should I leave it before asking about the refund?0 -
