Paypal Dispute Unauthorised payment

My payment (that was authorised) was marked as suspicious, put on hold and my paypal account was limited.

The payment was released back to my paypal account yesterday and I was able to re-pay the seller today when my account was un-limited.
This all took 6 working days to process. I remained in communication with the seller and they were happy to wait for my issue to be resolved.

Not sure what would happen with feedback in your case, I would think that as the payment hasn't been completed the buyer won't be able to leave feedback yet?

Thanks for that. I called Paypal earlier and they are waiting for the buyer to respond. I've had no response from him either but they told me not to post the item and wait until they contact me. On ebay it is showing as paid but held in Paypal.

I've just spent ages on live chat with ebay about this.

Thay said I have to wait until Paypal tell me to either post or refund. In the meantime there seems to be nothing I can do to avoid the inevitable neg that I will get for being slow to dispatch! :mad:

Seems kind of unfair to say the least! Maybe I'll take up dog walking instead of messing around with ebay!!
