Sky have added ESPN to my account without me ordering

Hi Sky have added ESPN to my billing account even thou i cancelled this on 17/10/12 along with sky movies & sky sports. Now sky sports & sky movies & espn all stopped being active on my viewing from the 17/11/12.
SKY have billed me for ESPN for next month even thou its not even active on my viewing i have emailed sky about this and they say i ordered espn on the 18/11/12 when i reordered movies which was on a special offer of half price for 3 months for existing customers.

Now Sky movies which i ordered is active on my sky box,but ESPN which i didn't is not active I've emailed them to say its a mistake on sky's behalf but they say I've ordered ESPN so I'm now paying for a channel i can't even watch..great

    Expect Sky to have a recording of any order you made by telephone. However, you do have a complaint if you cannot access the channel they are billing you for.
    Ring them up.
  • hi Thanks for the Reply just to make this clear i ordered sky movies online & ESPN was already showing on my account. Sky say i added this when i ordered sky movies i've asked for proof that I've ordered ESPN & awaited their reply

  • Well after a strongly worded email to sky basically telling them their 1st email reply was very poor & it was unacceptable to blame the customer for mistakes with their computer systems & to show me proof of my order of ESPN.
    That sky had too sort this out or my next emails would be to their Chairman & the Ombudsmem. ESPN has been removed from my account from the day of the phantom order no explanation from sky as yet but i did get a confirmation of my order dated 18/11/12 the date of the phantom order stating you ordered nothing your monthly costs will rise by by £0:00 so clearly a glitch on their computer systems from removing ESPN in the 1st place.
    Not that they would have that after my 1st polite email explaining the facts...
