GREAT orange customer service
hi 2 all
i took an upgrade back in oct 2006 with orange.the deal i got was dolphin 35, total of 2550 anytime anynetwork minutes, unlimited texts, magic number, free 2meg broadband with a nokia n73 phone,18 mth contract,35 pounds per month.
in jan 2007 i returned my nokia n73 as i was having problems with software on it,too much crashing and switching itself off.orange gave me a brand new nokia n73 straight away.then in march i had similar problems again with the new handset and orange once again replaced it with another nokia n73.
last week i called orange to say im experiencing problems with my 3rd nokia n73 to which i was told ive had some bad luck with the nokia n73.
the very very helpful guy at customer services said as i had bad experience with the nokia n73,he would replace it again.
he said im six months into my eighteen months contract so ive got another 12 months left, that wont change,my existing tariff as ive explained above will stay the same, that wont change too.
the only thing that he said would change is the mobile phone.he said i could keep the nokia n73,theres no need to return it.he apologised for all the inconvenience it caused me and he said he will be sending out a brand new nokia n95 absolutely free of charge,no extra commitment or extending the contract, just because the bad luck i had with nokia n73.
so now i have a contract with 12 mths left and all those minutes,a nokia n73 and a brand new nokia n95 free of charge.
too good to be true......thats what i thought.........then this morning my nokia n95 arrived with the paper work explaing my contract had not changed that i had 12 months left and my tariff is the same.
the futures bright.....the future's DEFINATELY ORANGE!!!!!!
it really is good 2 talk!!!!!!
