Wrong phone sent

People seem to be getting a bit excited over nothing here.

The OP has simply asked whether they have to send the phone back. I can't see anything about refusing to send the phone.

Also even if she refuses to send the phone back it will be seen as a civil matter as the police will not be interested.

There has been more than a few instances in my line of work where people have been sent cheques of a 2k+ in error. Some return the cheque but others refuse to. in those instances its the civil courts if you want to get it back.

id just like to thank all for the replays i have now contacted the phone shop and asked them to deliver the right phone to me and they can pick the wrong one up or they can send me a prepayed return package so i can send the wrong phone when i get my correct phone they said they would sort it for me with in 14 days if they dont then i can keep the one they sent as it was done in there error but thanked me for calling them to make arangments to retune the wrong phone if you understand... thanks again all..
