Another Mobiles.co.uk cashback screwup

Options
I have just received two emails from Mobiles.co.uk telling me my two claims are rejected because I was overpaid on claims in the past. There was no dates or amounts. As far as I am aware I have not been overpaid. The cashback amount was over £200 and I have definitely not been overpaid by £200.
If I was, then surely a few dates and amounts would be reasonable. I have emailed Mobiles.co.uk back, asking for an explanation and the name and address of the complaints manager.
On my previous claim I was informed it was accepted then informed it was rejected. I emailed but no response. Then I received the cheque. This probably has some bearing on my current rejection. If Mobiles.co.uk would elaborate then perhaps I would know. As it is now, looks like my only course of action is the small claims court. • No need to ask if you know what you're doing. "As far as I'm aware" isn't relevant; if you aren't aware you shouldn't be doing cashbacks in the first place. If you are aware (though I am highly dubious from your post that you actually are) issue a LBA then sue if needbe. Don't waste time on "complaints managers" or explanations" - that's their problem IF they are wrong. The ONLY qwuestion is, are they - and you shoud know that IF you know what you're doing.
