Lots of the Real Food mags at C45tle L4ne, B0urn0uth today, right opposite the last checkouts at the end of the shop. Lovely DTD on lamb (whole legs) - was told that it was the wrong sel for the wrong product. A new sel was printed with the price that was on the legs saying fresh lamb legs, same as the one there already. I said but they both state that they are fresh lamb leg. Meat manager worked out the lower price and told CS to just refund the difference. Got back to CS desk and there was a massive queue waiting. She apologized to the queue in general. Started to give me the difference but I noticed the board behind her and pointed out that it stated dtd. She got a bit flustered and said oh yes. Put my card in for refund and accepted her apology. Realized when I got back that she'd actually refunded double what I'd paid. :)
