I'm more than a bit miffed with tesco rewards - they've just sent me an email saying my Pizza Express vouchers can't be used anywhere from 1 Dec up to 5 January. There's nothing on my voucher or the associated paperwork that came with them to say this and I was planning to use some vouchers before Christmas so I'm feeling a bit annoyed. Possibly I missed something on their wesite when I booked the vouchers some weeks ago but I certainly didn't see anything obvious.

I have some and did know this already but can't remember how. Sure it was in bold somewhere. I ordered mine on 7th Oct.

I do think its a bit annoying sending the reminder on 30/11 though, surely better a week before so you have a chance to use them up:cool:

Just wondered if anyone knows anything about tesco clubcard vouchers that have been doubled up into reward day out tokens. i ordered some in May that we haven't had a chance to use. can i send them back to get the points put back on my card?
    TIA xx
As long as they are in date you can send them back and they will refund the points to your account. i did some days out last year. hope this helps
