I baked 3 Xmas cakes last weekend and have just brushed some more brandy over them to keep moist before the marzipan goes on. Is it wrong that I licked the brandy laden brush after:eek::rotfl::rotfl:

You BRUSHED brandy on it?????????? I cut the top off, make holes all over it, and put at least two tablespoons of Napoleon brandy all over the top at least twice :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: (I don't lick the spoon - can't stand brandy on it's own!!)
What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare

Morning. Frosty today so I have no plans to venture out. Today is a day for writing Xmas cards and wrapping pressies

OMG - how do you get to be so organised - and with a little one too? I'm still sending birthday cards which should have arrived yesterday!!:rotfl::rotfl:

You should still have been given DTD as the policy states that the error can be on the label OR the product.
In the case of the Disney DVDs the error is clearly on the product, the customer should not be expected to scour the small print for expiry dates.
If you can, stand your ground, ask to see a manager - and if all else fails call HO CS.

    Good morning elite

    Brrr!!! My nose is cold!

So glad you are home Bubbs :j

Just a question. Does DTD apply to all Tesco stores including Expresses? I went to a local one and got some cradle cap shampoo last night and I'm sure that the sel said £1.30 and I was charged £2.05. Going to go back tonight to check as I only noticed when I got home. I should know this but I haven't found a DTD item before!

Hope you all have a fab day :)
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79

No, definitely not, lick away :)

I'd do it too if I liked brandy - so my brush is still unlicked if you want any more :rotfl:

  • hello all,

im getting used to couponing but cant quite get around this APG / PP buisness. wonder if you'ld be kind enough to assist?

with the gliches is it because individual price is higher per item?

i was looking to buy some fingers, if i buy 3 for 10 and then add a few things that i need to my shop will i get an APG. what sort of price APG would i get back (roughly)

I dont have a lot of money to spend, but I guess I need to make the first step then use the APG's off the next shops, am i right?

sorry if my message doesnt make sence, please point me in the right direction peoples :)

    TIA xx
