  • I have not had a problem using £5 off £40 (in Ballyg0 or Knockg). I have also used Sainsbury conditional spends without a problem.

Can I ask, does the person who refused you in C'reagh share the same first name as the former Lady Spencer who was married to Prince Charles?

My husband was refused an apg in that store- he started making his way back to office via n'breda and they took it there no probs. I am off to try to do some damage at the shops with coupons, apgs and sada fivers:)

Welchies coupons expire 28th and I have a few:)

    See ya all later

  • Sorry to quote myself but I have entered into a bit of a battle with Tes CS on Facebook about this! I had rang CS on Saturday about the above and the girl I spoke to hadn't a clue - she was to ring me back after checking but didn't bother - great CS...

I decided to send a message through FB, also mentioning that since I had rang on Saturday, I had seen two of the banners still on display in Knock'g showing what competitor vouchers they will now accept.

I'm doing it through private message but just thought I'd let you see what's going on ....

This is where things lie now so I'll see what they say.

Has anyone else in NI been refused using APGs or Brand Match coups?

I was told that NI has a different CS team and that was by someone I'd rang about being refused DTD a while ago. Most of the ones on the phone don't know what's going on in NI as there is a different marketing team over here apparently

Julie - it was the APGS that they refused, not the £5 off £40 ones.

It was actually a young guy that refused me! :p

    HI
Is he still at school or working or getting any benefits? The reason I ask is you can check as there are a lot of exemptions from these charges. Also many places inc Ts give free sight tests.HTH
