  • Sorry to quote myself but I have entered into a bit of a battle with Tes CS on Facebook about this! I had rang CS on Saturday about the above and the girl I spoke to hadn't a clue - she was to ring me back after checking but didn't bother - great CS...

I decided to send a message through FB, also mentioning that since I had rang on Saturday, I had seen two of the banners still on display in Knock'g showing what competitor vouchers they will now accept.

I'm doing it through private message but just thought I'd let you see what's going on ....

This is where things lie now so I'll see what they say.

Has anyone else in NI been refused using APGs or Brand Match coups?

No I use them in Tosco lizzy road on sat and sun with no probs:)

    Kepp hammering away at them!!!

Morning everyone:)Wet and nasty here this morning:(
Did a brilliant whoopsie shop yesterday, just got in T's at the right time and bumped into another mse'er so we were like partners in crime;)Loads of meat and flowers so really happy:Tand used a "few" coupons so a really productive shop.
I cancelled our sky package a while back and its due to be switched off tomorrow (Did it to get offered a better deal;)) And at the time they offered 25% off, but I said no was hoping for a bit more discount.Usually they phone a few days before disconnection and offer a better deal but no phone call so far:eek::eek:So best I get on the phone and start negotiating before MrLala realises what I've done:o:oI'll never live it down if it backfires and we lose sky:eek:
I had not long joined MSE when the first thing I noticed was the sky thread saying how much people had got off their bill.I could not believe when I looked at ours as we have full package TV, broadband and phone we had spent £1260 in a yr  Unfortunately our contract was due to end this month and was in OH name so I went to work. I sat him down on the pc and showed him the deals others were getting, I also did a search and found BT offered BT Vision unlimited with unlimited infinity broadband and unlimted anytime calls for £38.50 a month and half price for the first 3 months, I then found on Skys site unlimited broadband FREE for 6 months for new and existing customers. I passed OH the phone and said call them stand ur ground and if need be we will cancel and go to BT. Was so chuffed with him he did spend 40 mins on the phone but got our package down to £50 then half price for 6 months and saved us a fortune and we did not lose a single channel :rotfl:
    Started Saving in 2012!!!

  • Morning all!

Wet down this way; but not as bad as everywhere else by the sounds of it.

Tired, grumpy mummy this morning. The kids seem to have been on Sugar and E numbers all weekend (only they haven't)! so it's been a very long weekend and haven't really been able to catch up on here.

Hugs to all that need it.

    Glad the cove is blue.

I have not had a problem using £5 off £40 (in Ballyg0 or Knockg). I have also used Sainsbury conditional spends without a problem.

Can I ask, does the person who refused you in C'reagh share the same first name as the former Lady Spencer who was married to Prince Charles?
NO MORE HANDWASH GLITCHES PLEASE :D:D
