    Afternoon everyone
Just a little update with floods, we were allowed back for 5 mins today escorted in and out, i had 2 wait 1 hr 20 mins in a que for this privalige!
My shed has been flooded so means ive lost fridge freezer, freezer both fulll! washing machine , tumble drier and anything else that was in the way.
The drive is like a mud slurry.
    and its raining again!!
Going to try and catch up now

OMG, dreadful. You must be in a state of shock at the moment. None of these you can live without, total nightmare to get these items all replaced. Have you been in touch with your insurance people yet - do thye have to come out and access the damage or can you just take photos for them?
Is your house in a liveable condition or are your house insurers going to put you up in some sort of temporary accomadation?

I hope you managed to get a few things out that are important to you Bubbs and it doesn't get any worse than it is right now ..... oh, and that you are fully insured for flood damage, though that must cost you a fortune now, given what is happening these days with the weather/global warming/or whatever it is. Lots of ((((hugs)))), thinking of you :(

I have just got my chockie results back from this morning - still fine with the Lily's and Fabulous Fingers. Voucher back for £7.72.

They only had the Lily's as a trigger this morning, I really would have liked some more of the Thorntons Christmas Spirits.

They did not have the trigger discovered by Warby68 in my store.

So Lily's working, Xmas spirits, Lindt thins.

Anyone know if the Lindt gold bar is still working ?

    Morning paw sniffers,

    Really frosty day in Durham.

    Rooted Nomad

The glitch fairy granted my wishes once again. Just as DH was finishing his last bottle of Dom Simon ( needs loads of carbs for bike racing) along came the Frijj glitch last Saturday. Filled the fridge with Frijjes! He'll be drinking them out of date for weeks:)
Before anyone rushes out it only lasted a day.

When I read back fully I will come back and thank the op.

Loads of skim reading to do but already in love with Homer:)

How's Dexter doing David and how are the rest of the north east coven.

    Love too to Logie.

    Back later
Glad to see that broomstick has got a homing option built in, thought maybe a spell had gone wrong and you had disappeared .
Dexters not feeling too happy he had to have the tip of his tail cut off on Monday. He was docked as a pup (before we got him) and it was irritating him sore and bleeding. So have not been to woods as need to keep it as clean as possible so stagnant water swimming is maybe not the best for him.

  • More productive day at my local T's, rewrote my shopping list last night and they had everything in stock. Managed to get a £20.87 down to £8.87 as well as a £5 off £20 spend and expecting a TPP of around £9 :-) Will post results when I've got them

Hi all, just dropping in, I've not been up to date on this thread for a couple weeks :o

Just noticed that on the 1st & 2nd of December Tesco are collecting canned food items for people in crisis http://www.trusselltrust.org/tesco-appeal

Just in case anybody's picked up a few more cans of beans or soups than they need with the recent fantastic vouchers... ;)
