The offer shows instore only not on MSM that's why they compare at the full price.Shortfatscotsbloke wrote: »I bought 20 Activia last week and can definitely confirm that the the discount did not come off correctly. I went to CS hoping that I would get a partial refund and not have to ask for a gift card. However, I got extremely lucky, the chap on the desk had no idea why the discounts didn't work and after a lot of faffing about, he gave me a £12 refund (20 yoghurts @ 60p each). Don't think he noticed that my receipt was only for £10.40!!
Just debating whether I should use my £6.60 apg, given that I have already been paid £1.60 to take 20 yoghurts plus fillers out of the store....;);)

Thanks Both!!
I actually don't want to open a dispute or sell it to them now as they appear notorious for leaving negative feedback!!

If they do pay, make sure that you get proof of postage (or SD if over £42ish) depending on price.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Check on goofbay to see if they have been bidding on loads of the same item, and got one cheaper, so may not want yours. Then you can always email them offering to forget (or cancel) the transaction.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Stupid Ebay with their stupid rules:mad:.
It's policies are totally loaded on the side of the buyer. Why they made the rule that the seller can't leave negative feedback is beyond me.
Then there's the stipulation that Paypal must be a payment option on all auctions. The fact they own Paypal too means they make an absolute killing in fees.
A realistic competitor is well overdue to take them down a peg or two.
End of rant:o0 -
