Homer's rehoming update!
I had a phone call from the RSPCA this afternoon, to say that Homer had been seen by the vet and that he is fit and well!:):)
And........
I am going to pick him up at 11-30 tomorrow to bring him home:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j

I'd be very selective about any old rowing machine.
The BEST one is the Concept 2, it has an onboard tracker and can be linked to your computer, heart rate monitor etc.....you can even have online races against other people via the web.
I bought one three years ago and went from over 18 stone to just over 14 stone in 7 months. I can row the equivalent of 10KM in a little under 40 minutes and do that 5 days a week to stay in shape, I can also now eat almost like a horse and not put on weight.
Rather then buy a cheaper one new if you can pick up a 2nd hand Concept for around £300-£400 it's a bargain, the only thing is don't buy one from a Gym as they're often run into the ground....try to get one from a private owner if you can.
