Email confirmations (and charging cards) happen automatically.
So getting a computer generated automatic email is in no way an indicator of whether they will honour the deal or not.0 -

So disappointed... just received an email from them to say I had left something in my basket and to log back in to complete checkout - it was only then that I saw the order I had placed yesterday had been cancelled0

Mine cancelled too.. I wonder if there was a cut of time that they decided on? Surely they must have honoured some or why else produce a voucher code......

mine got cancelled as well:( I got an email telling me i had something in my basket which i'd forgot about (which was what i'd ordered with the glitch), then a few hours later i got the cancellation email!0

I've just checked my credit card statement online and despite both my orders being cancelled on Monday I have been charged yesterday for both! Will wait a day or 2 to see if they refund it but if not I wont be a happy bunny :mad:0
