My order also cancelled. Oh well, you've got to be in it to win it - I got the £119 ps3 bundle last week which I definitely didn't think would materialise, but have lost out on Play.com and l'Occitane. Bring on the next one!

Both mine and my husbands orders are showing up on the account as cancelled, despite getting confirmation emails. We did not pay 0.00 for either of them.

Cancellations seem to be happening across the board. I don't think this can have been planned by Play.com - they would have honored some of the orders at least, instead they've got tonnes of furious customers who wasted their afternoon, like me! :mad: Not good for publicity.

My order is also cancelled I did get a email confirmation from them but havent had a email to tell me its cancelled!! Gutted I now paid by the card that I dont have online banking for as cant check till I got statment if they took any money..... Ill now ordered the box set from Amazon....
