Yes, the order confirmation you get straight away.

they say as long as you receive that, your order has gone through and will be processed.

just quickly logged onto my online banking and i've had the total amount taken off my balance? anyone else actually been charged? (the code etc worked ok, the total amount on play came to £0.00)

I haven't been charged, although I did have a mini panic attack then before checking :rotfl:
