Where are you flying to? I within the EU then they will be the same price as elsewhere, if outside the EU, assuming they sell them, you can buy 200 for personal use0 -

You generally have to be flying outside the EU to be able to buy cigarettes or tobacco and some alcohol, perfume and other stuff you can buy.
Gibraltar and the Canaries aren't classed as the EU. But somehow I doubt the Heathrow prices will match local prices in either of those places.

i'm flying to Uzbekistan so definitely outside the EU. cigarettes are cheaper there, but they don't have all the brands and there are lots of fakes - thus the reason for asking me to bring some.
200 is one carton?0 -

And thats poop too, you can do what you wish with your purchases as long as you dont sell them.
Hell makes me wonder why they allow me to buy perfume when I go on holiday as its obviously not for meLive each day like its your last because one day you'll be right0 -
YES OP 200 cigarettes is one carton....
well the duty free sizes at airports are 200...if you buy cigarettes in a supermarket here then they are sometimes banded in 100's
sometimes its cheaper in the country to buy them and sometimes its cheaper at the airport, and occaisionally you get a better deal whilst in the air....
theres not a great deal in it but you may save yourself a few extra pennies by buying them whilst you are there....on the other hand who wants to spend all their time whilst they are away looking up the best price on a carton of cigaretts for a collegue....buy them at the airport and be done....that way they benefit from a lower price than over the counter here and you enjoy your time away!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
